Meet the Founder

Nick Ridley, CEO and Founder of HostScore, is committed to the advancement of customer experience within commercial real estate which enables his clients to significantly improve their business performance.

With over 25 years’ experience within the Real Estate industry, Nick’s most recent role was to lead the UK Asset Services division of Cushman & Wakefield and during that time he transformed the department into a client facing, operationally efficient organisation with a high-performance culture. Nick is passionate about the end-user experience, and he pivoted the organisation towards the customer occupier to improve satisfaction and retention rates whilst enhancing the clients brand.

In 2023, Nick founded HostScore, to help the industry define and certify customer experiences within offices. He strongly believes that the investors who can provide the modern hospitality experience with innovative and flexible leasing terms whilst building a thriving community are the investors who will succeed. 

Nick’s advocacy for customer experience within real estate is supported by his Companion Membership of the Institute of Customer Service and by his contribution to BCO working groups such as the Customer Experience Steering Group. He is a Chartered Surveyor and is also dedicated to putting his talents into action in the community, working with local nonprofits and causes.
