- We’ll visit your property and meet your team to gather data to support your score.
- We’ll deliver your report along with a roadmap to set out your steps to develop and improve your customer experience.
- We’ll deliver the physical and brand assets to promote your commitment to service, hospitality and experience.
HostScore collaborates with real estate pioneers to showcase their service & experience achievements. The HostScore certification provides legitimacy and validation of the incredible work you are already doing.
Our 4-step process starts with us walking you through the scorecard and the types of evidence that will reward you most highly. An on-site survey including detailed discussion with your management team will help you to secure optimum credits.
The output report comprising your HostScore certification and roadmap provides you with a clear plan for continuous improvement. Before we publish your final certification, you will have an opportunity to input.
